Double XP Weekend is a wonderful thing, and for once we’re planning on taking full advantage of it (well, mostly full advantage, since I’m not going to be playing for most of Sunday). Getting in at least 3-5 hours tonight, and playing straight through the day tomorrow. Haven’t gotten to do this in quite a while.
Words do not suffice.
Slow enough that I’ve now achieved bored (okay, it wasn’t really slow–I just finished everything fast, assuming that there was even more coming down the pipe).
Most of what’s going on now is fairly normal holiday craziness… We went out to STL this weekend to have Thanksgiving with the Chettle horde and to see my sister and the nephews, which went pretty well. Barring the flat tire on the way back, it was a remarkably smooth trip. As a bonus, we got to spend a little bit of time with Jon and Wendy, which is always good. Should get to see them again (and Margot!) in a couple of weeks, one way or another.
On a gaming note, mishaado’s Hunter game is going swimmingly. As a bonus, Pete is a lot of fun to play. :grin: Still digging on Warhammer Online, though I haven’t had a lot of time to play of late. The big class/combat balancing patch is supposed to be out tomorrow–I’m assuming it is progressing on schedule, since they’ve locked down the commentary on the test server forums. I’m interested to see how it pans out–there are some pretty significant changes for both of my two main characters (a Warrior Priest and an Engineer).
Fantasy Flight has just put out a sci-fi murder mystery game called Android, because apparently they don’t have enough of my money. :sigh:
